The workforce of Roobeek grew to over 60 employees during the years. By attracting green-related activities, possibilities have emerged for employees who don’t have a passion for landscaping. This includes packaging and decorating plants for different festivities and holidays. We started a rose packaging line, one of the reasons of the staff growth. In the near future there will be more workplaces at different packaging activities. There have been negotiations with some of our clients and they’re at an advanced stage. Roobeek wants to keep growing and is doing everything in order to make that happen.
